Quick Note about Board Membership
You can sign up for the boards, which puts you in the runboard system, but to send PMs (no matter what runboard tells you) you NEED TO POST SOMETHING IN A FORUM.
I've gotten a couple emails telling me about PMs which aren't there because you haven't posted anything in a forum yet. Just go say something in test thread in silly things if you don't have anything to say elsewhere.

Also something of important note, unless you post something and become a member of the board, you can't gain access to the boards of any in-unit organizations you may belong to.
