reggie, i told you we would talk about this, and as per your usual, instead of waiting for a conversation, you decide to air our dirty laundry on the internet. i mean christ, you have your own thread of bitching about the rest of us. Anyways, in response.
1) you are part of the unit, but at the same time, you are making your own subunit which is VERY different from the rest of us. I go into this further later on.
2) garb is barely fantasy, really it's more historical then fantasy. goblins are fantasy. people see goblins, and they think we are laire, with magic and all, which we are not. i'm sorry that you can't seem to make this connection.
besides that, and this is main reason I was against you greening up, a lot of people consider it not p.c. to change your skin color, esp. if you're a white dude, and all we need is one person to be offended to be banned has a R.S.O.. practice is low exposure, and we can explain it away then, but at mainstage there are two thousand plus some people walking around, in large groups. all it takes is one of the minority clubs deciding that you were saying something about them and then the unit is over. this is something I am not willing to risk.
3) just because you aren't serious doesn't mean that all of us aren't serious, even if only a little bit. and, you rep a handful of things that are decidedly NOT fury. like dishonorable duels and the achievements, even if not meant to be taken seriously, they will be taken seriously by some people, esp. since the ones you have chosen are the ones that are easiest to take seriously.
4) it has already ended, in the sense that it only pertained to mainstage. it has not, in the sense that the current officership and the unit will more than likely feel the same way next year.
sidenote - you have a thread to complain about things in. keep it off facebook. stop being a dick because you are bored. relations are bad enough with the senegals without you being a dick.
