As for location. we are going to be mowing much of the field this year. So less prickly, but same situation with water, bring lots of water jugs!

Looking at the eryndor calender, there is a month gap in August that you could hold an event and not be in conflict with anything else. I think the date is August 25th, it is 2 weeks away from everything else.

Mainstage is August 26. If we do an event that weekend we either have to hoof it back to mount pleasant that Sunday or sacrifice one or the other. I mean, people that went to Bo5a last year did it and that was almost in West Virginia but its something to be aware of.

We could also have it closer to Mt Pleasant. There is a very nice park with camping near Ithica. Either way it is closer than Bo5a was and mainstage is in the afternoon. I don't see there being a major problem with fitting both in.

Date of the Event is August 31st to Sept 2nd. It will be held at the same location as last year, but we will be processing the field more and designating more camp locations. We will have a porta john and outhouses available. With part of the proceeds this year we hope to be able to afford a better location for next year.
